This theme would also work well for the lizards of ssal'tesh or even some trog casters.

Maybe there could be some reptilian teeth icon you gather off a particular tribe of kobolds (from a level 2-5 mission) as the component needed.

yes and the numbers are spell levels.. and since theres rarely a player beyond level 10.. you're looking at maximum there of number 5...

Having a theme of course means that npc's may use it also, and they can be above level 10 easily.

It's just an idea, there seems to be enough reptile based models to make a full theme, you have sahuagin also.. though they may suit a water theme better.

If they added the theme and you came across a reptile shaman that could summon, likely you'll only see a kobold sneak, brown frog or yuan-ti warrior at worst.

As soon as my schedule frees up, I think that I may look at reworking our summoning themes quite a bit.

Frogs aren't reptiles but amphibians.

What about those supposed 'giant stone lizards' that I have heard about, that apparently use the Bullete appearence. This could be greatly expanded upon.
