I am William, a warrior of Tempus and I have recently come accross the existance of your organization. I am interested in one day becoming part of your ranks which is why I am writing this letter. I am not entirely sure how I am suppose to go about this, but I have been told that a good way to start is to join the Civic Defense League. I also wish to learn more about the duties and the rules to which The Watch adbides by. Any information would be appreciated if it was sent to Spencer at the Rock Bottom Inn. Hopefully by form of mail.

Thank you for your interest with the Civil Defense League (CDL). The CDL is a great way for honorable and capable citizens to contribute to the security of Sanctuary, as well as work closely with members of the Watch. If you think you have the courage and commitment that it takes to stand strong in the face of threats, then seek me out at the Watch House as soon as your able. I will arrange an interview and testing.
