Citizen's of Sanctruray, I call on you to listen to your concious. Our fair city races to a militaristic state where no man is free, only slaves to the whims of the fanatics in the seats of power, not voted there by the people, but positions gained only through the death of their predecessors. As a lawful citizen of Sancturary, one who has no criminal past, and has abided by every law of the city. I attempted just today, to engage one of the senior Watch in a polite debate over the supposedly just death of a wanted criminal. Aldrec Yohann, wanted to be sure, but to be slaughtered in the dark depths of Mycopolis, with no trial, no judge, only the word of an individual who has the greatest creative liberties with his tales?? Rather then engage in even a cordial discussion, I was told by this ranking member of the Watch - One Valaron Sunellear, that my opinion, indeed my voice, did not matter. This from one sworn to uphold our laws, and protect our freedoms. This, from the supposedly best of the best the Watch has to offer. And he cares not, for the average citizens, the one's he has sworn to defend.

A sad state of affaris when dogma and theocracy are allowed to quell our thirst for freedom, for the ability of all peoples of Sancturary to be equal in the eyes of the law, cast aside by it's supposed protectors. I do hope you find this attempt more to your satisfaction, Sunellear, as I do so try my best to not disappoint the Watch.
