Letter for Toman, Mitsy, and Rhune.
I send my greatest thanks to you today, and my greatest apologies.
You have done the Lower people and all of Sanctuary an extraordinary favor by your actions leading up to and at the Red Skull suicide yesterday. I myself was full of pride, entertaining notions of bravado and, in perfect honesty, violent methods to bring this ceremony to a halt. Fortunately for your outstanding efforts, I was reassured that no such thing would be neccessary (until the undead problem, I suppose). Again, I thank you.
As for my apologies, I am sorry that I had previously doubted your choices and methods in stopping this. For one, I was being told information that was not entirely true by a close companion of yours. This was done in an effort to help prevent violence, not to start trouble, so I hope that this misunderstanding can be brushed aside. All is done.
With all that being said, I now ask you all for one more thing. It's a time for regrowth and renewal in the name of righteousness. I seek your input and wisdom in the Lower Renewal Project. Without your support, the LRP is doomed to fail. I know that most of you shun our home here in different ways, but for the sake of those here now and for the sake of the slaves that shall come when you have ascended to the surface, I beg your aid in this endeavor as you can.
Here are some examples of the Lower Renewal Project plans:
Lower Renewal Project -Remove the rubble, trash, and other such wastes and remains from the street.-Clear the macabre reminders left behind, such as that monster's corpse in the southeast alley and the human's head in the Lower Trade Building.
-Removing the graffiti and providing a specific wall for the graffiti and for public messages.
-Clean the marketplace of the gang influences, set up a guard defense (Winston may be of great assistance here) and welcome new merchants.
-Restore and put the Lower Trade Building into use, hiring a small crew of Lowersmen to run it.
-Join efforts with the Mycoplean people in establishing a rothe ranch. What I've heard called "Old Goblintown" would provide to be a very fine place I believe, if just temporarily. Alternatively, there is an sandy cave outside of the Lower gate that might work splendidly.
Again, I thank you for everything and hope to see your great deeds for Lower in the future.
