Honourable Agent,
First, allow me to congradulate you on the sterling job you and your organisation do in the protection of this fine city. It warms my heart daily to see men and women of arcane might coming together for the sole purpose of protecting the common man.
To the purpose of this letter though- I inquire as to the legal rammifications of transporting or handling of organic constructs, you may refer to them as undead, in public places. Are there any specific laws which prevent the public exhibition of such creatures during formal gatherings, for instance? Are there any specific laws which prohibit the use of such creatures as guards or companions also? Your reply can be left at the rock bottom, and I thank you once again for your time.

There are no laws against such things but keep in mind that many citizens find it disturbing to see organic constructs walking about. Councillor Reynolt strives to have this practice banned from Sanctuary but you and I both know their usefulness, organic constructs are tireless warriors which will fight without fear. You will adhere to Sanctuary law concerning arcane use and the wards though and I would like to stress the fact that raising citizens of Sanctuary shall have major ramifications without special written concent from said individual while he still lived. I suggest you refrain from using these constructs in public and if you are forced to do so I ask that you cover them with cloaks or something similar as they walk amongst the general citizens. I'm sure you understand the hesitation many citizens have concerning this matter and hopefully you will act accordingly.*signed*
