Letters to Agent Miller and Andrew Deepingdale

*written in kyle's usual untidy hand, the letter for miller is sent to the tower and the one for Deepingdale is left in the last stand*

Dear Field Agent Miller/Dear Andrew Deepindale

On review public records i have found the following

Smite. This --Posted outside the Tyrran Church and the Shrine of the Triad--

Henceforth, all Spellguard and Associates are banned from the Temple of Tyr and surrounding properties for disregarding the basic premise of the law which Tyr embodies. Should they require entrance, a request can be made to any Greycloak Knight, or the Warden, for entry.

This as you can see was scribed 13 days after the reunification and has not been revoked as such i think you should make note of it.

For reference here is the document of reunification

Smite.This
Citizens of Sanctuary

For long has Dunwarren been split into several groups. Long have we stood divided. Now, the Councillors wish to show their strength by having Sanctuary suffocate the other groups into joining them. Unfortunately, the people have spoken against him. New Dunwarren has been reunified, as the act has been passed by the Council this day, and by the Sheriff and his Lieutenants. These are the terms of reunification.

1. New Dunwarren is a district of Sanctuary, and recognizes that it is subject to Sanctuary law.

2. The residents in New Dunwarren are citizens of Sanctuary.

3. Current property owners recognized in New Dunwarren will be recognized as property owners in Sanctuary. They are to be reminded they are subject to Sanctuary law.

4. Members of the Greycloaks will be given special consideration for Watch induction.

5. At least one Greycloak-made-Private will be given Leading Private status in the New Dunwarren area; effectively, a Sergeant in his domain and concerning the residents of New Dunwarren.

6. The toll gate will be disbanded; so long as New Dunwarren respects Sanctuary law and remains a part of the town, there will be no tolling of the hill.

7. The existing defensive gates of New Dunwarren will remain in place.

8. With the final approval of the Sheriff, each new-term council will appoint three magistrates who are recognized by the Temple of Tyr as residents of the New Dunwarren area. One of them will judge when a councilor stands trial; if no magistrate can be summoned in a timely fashion, the Sheriff will judge.

The Crusaders of New Dunwarren are now amongst you, again. Our temple is open to all, toll-free, for spiritual guidance and contemplating. We welcome all, no matter where you come from, to look into this. The Greycloaks will defend all non-criminals who come into the Shrine, the Watch will protect uniformly. An integration is taking place, and will continue to take place during this time.

Be Welcome In Our City For we are all now Sanctuarians.

Sir Alabaster Rubyglow Commander of the Greycloaks Warden and Ambassador of New Dunwarren

The dates are quite clear. I am happy to discuss, thouh i have informed Drin. A letter can be left at the last stand to pick it up or if your able the crone.

Yours Sincerely

You'll notice in the reunification agreement, it says nothing about the temple being independant. If you wished to say tat the temple, under third point, is private property, you would be mistaken. Sheriff Azzam has already announced that the temple is -public- property, and therefore no one has the right to own it, or enforce their own private will. You cannot tresspass on public property. The first announcement is ridiculous, and you cannot ban anyone, especially public defenders, from public property.

Andrew Deepingdale

*A respone is sent to Andrew Deepingdale*

I wouldn't argue that but you did state under what authority did Drin act from our previous conversations and since as far as i can gather this was made by the Warden Rubyglow banning all spellgaurd and assoicites from the temple i would ask you to consider that the actions had been taken in light of said authority. My understanding is that Rubyglow was the Private/Seargent mentioned in the Reunification agrement statement under new dunwarren therefore the he himself in his capacity as the ranking member of the watch has asked people under his command to deny spellgaurd access.

Yours Sincerely,

Kyle Fox

I am not Spellguard, or associates. Never claim such.

Andrew Deepingdale

*another response to miller*

Indeed but your red and black armour, they are the same colours of the spellgaurd. If you go down to lower they have attempted to lynch people for that, the colour of armour, a common mistake that has been made. Also since you where working so closely with agent miller i think that it was a reasnoable assumption though in fact incorrect, you do have my apologies in that regard.

Yours Sincerely

Kyle Fox

Kyle Fox,

The Greycloak Knights have no authority to ban myself, any other Spellguard Agents or Spellguard Associates from the Temple of Tyr. They are free to try.

Are you drunk again?

-- MILLER

No are you?, the order was made by the head of the Greycloaks, Private/sergeat rubyglow Warden of the greycloaks who was by the agreement the sergeant for the district as far as i am aware Field Agent you do not out rank him. And it has never been revoked.

Kyle

Where is he now, and what right does he have to make such massive changes to an area of SANCTUARY?

-- MILLER

No idea but the question was on who's authority... it seems it was a sergeant in the watch.

Kyle.

Seems to me like a Sergeant in the Watch can't make such giant, sweeping changes.

-- MILLER

I guess you had better speak to the Sheriff then.

Kyle
