To whom it may concern,
I wish to report an unprovoked attack by an unknown orc or half-orc upon myself and my companion Elran last night whilst we attempted to aid the curator of the Sanctuary Mausoleum.
By Torm's grace we were able to fight off the attacker but, upon realising that we were not helpless foes, he fled and managed to evade capture by means arcane. Unfortunately our wounds precluded immediate pursuit or I would be delivering the orc to your keeping rather than this report.
My concern is that the next target of this foul creature may be one less able to defend themselves than we were and that death or injury and robbery may result.
Should you require further details or my assistance in the capture of this criminal I may be contacted by letters left in the care of Spencer at the Rock Bottom Inn.
