Rat raft PVP area

There is a blue npc rafter outside of the rat raft (a rafter / smuggler) preventing pvp.

I'd suggest that a gate be added to that bridge, like the others, and it has the same rules applied to the peerage / muck boy areas. Beyond the gate is pvp free.
