Getting my paladin killed before I had a chance to enact my plan of attacking Lord Harvix.

1.) Letting Criler die early, before Arkov could give him a Way quest.
2.) Having Jacob Geigne flee from a fight with some drow assassin that I believe WinstonMartin played, instead of actually fighting him. In retrospect, Jacob would have totally won.
