Where the Spiders Are transition spawn

Wasn't sure if ti should go in bug report or here but-

Before we were able to even load our party we were ambushed by three dire spiders and a number of hunting spiders in a huge swarm where the transitioning in had us scattered around as the transition itself was blocked by spawns, so one PC was kicked on the far end of the spawn while the others hammered.

I'd suggest shifting the first spawn back somewhat so the group can at least load before the swarm hits.
