I was convinced Gylin would save the world.  She's a great character and I'm sad to see her go.

Strom was always conflicted between fighting her for drawing undead into the world and helping her out of sympathy as another cursed individual.  RIP Carcass.

Red was the best, I'm going to miss him.

By far one of the most cruel and evil characters I've encountered in a long time.  Slaver and torturer amongst other things.  I think she's what made being captured by the Vandals the most frightening.  She made death look like the better option.

Excellent character who was very often said to be the true mastermind of the Vandals.  Thanks for making the Underdark so much scarier for wildlings!

Strom would be lucky to become half the dwarf Thormund was. RIP, he will be missed.

If I remember correctly from my sorcerer who had 12 strength and 100 lbs of carry capacity, having a load over 70 gave a -1 to my climbing mod on ropes/climbing claws, along with an additional -1 for every 10 lbs over that.  So, if I had like 9X lbs of weight, I'd be at a 7 climbing mod.

I don't know how it factors in with characters with higher strength and more carry cap. but hopefully this helped.

Seriously though, sad to see Kim go.  All the hin are dying off and Kim was up there amongst the best.

No worries, the repercussions and how it played out were definitely entertaining.  It was not at all just you and I am sorry if you felt singled out.  There were many similar Sendings which were made out of simply not knowing what the standard of an acceptable message was.

If anything, it was you who got the short end of the stick as your character essentially died immediately after the sending was made.  The character could have made more of an impact and been a greater villain if he had more time.

Gareth was a badass paladin and had a huge impact on Logan.  His virtue and example lead her to consider her own moral compass and rethink her philosophy of the ends justifying the means.
