I've noticed on numerous occasions (3-4 times) after the server updated to the latest version of nwn:ee, that the container called "Iron Dread V's Most Holy Relic" in the area "Exploration - The Fissure - Vault of the Goblin Dread Fort" is always empty and doesn't spawn any kind of treasure.

Also, the other two containers, right next to the one mentioned above, aren't indestructible.

This is also true for the chest meant to have relics in EQA - The Fissure - Tomb of Jubal and the Minzamar Labyrinth,

EQA - The Fissure - Webbed Tunnels, deeper...
Area with drows. Chest is empty. I think it may be related to other chests.

I believe this also applies to the chest in Saurian Barrow

The Reliquary in the Ancient Reliquary quest also doesnt spawn a Relic. A bit ruff for a 1 take only quest
