Would it be possible to have SF/GSF Necromancy improve this spell?

For a Fourth Circle Spell to give "Randomized" + Plague when Potions of Health, Salutary Tonic, and otherwise so readily available just feels a waste. Equally SF/GSF Has no bearing on the DCs involved it's all related to which "Plague" is chosen at random which seems to undercut even more. So not only is it randomized of plague, but also of random DC, and also can be easily remedied. Which just leads to it getting overlooked for a lot of malicious intention.

Add to that now that Circle 1 Ironguts also now boosts vs Disease.
Potential Ideas: 

- Default: Command similar to the Polymorph command list, to pick which of the custom plagues you wish to unleash with the spell, before firing the spell.
- SF Necro: vs Spell DC Casting On-Target giving a chance that Salutory Tonics become unusable and Remove Disease Potion/Paladin/Cleric required.
- GSF Necro: vs Spell DC Casting On-Target giving a chance that Salutory and Remove Disease both become unusable though Remove Curse is still 100% Effective.

Basically the idea being that everyone tertiary to the target would be able to still see themselves healed in the usual means and methods as the plague spreads.

But the "Victim"/Patient Zero/Typhoid Mary that had the spell cast upon them remains still heavily maligned by the magical origin of the curse unless higher end magic used to unravel it.

Example: Weird hermit in the Gutters jumps a newcomer, nothing works, runs around trying to find cure, mass infection

Alternatively:

SF/GSF alllowing Creating "Plague-Marks" when Contagion is used on a location similar to what used to be had on some quests/ Ring 88/etc

Default:  Select custom plague, Plague Mark lasts 1 Round/level
SF: Plague Point lasts 3 round/level and Requires Lesser Dispel to remove the Plague Mark
GSF: Plague Point lasts Turn/Level and requires Dispel to remove the Plague Mark

Example: Company known to be coming up a road, or putting a black mark on someone's headquarters, Marker laid, infected on passage.
