Quest Judging Jokes gives deprecated potion "Radical Soul" as reward

Hi,

Just reporting a potion that was indicated as deprecated. I went into the Open Door Inn and found a jester (Perin) in one of the rooms  corresponding to the 'Judging Jokes' Quest. Logs indicated I should report it so it can be replaced.
