When it makes you fall down, it will never let you get back up unless you're killed/subdued, not sure if intentional or not

You do eventually get up, but it takes an absurdly long time. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not. Pretty sure the guy I saw drink one got up after about 20+ minutes of being knocked down. Definitely seems like they might be overtuned in that department.
