Make doorkeepers not require a DM for PVP

Make doorkeepers not require a DM present for PVP so people don't stay in a long spot making tons of whispers unable to be attacked.

I somewhat agree because PCs shit talk near blue NPCs with no DM on.  Maybe you can make them stuck in place and immortal then grey then?

Lately people focus entirely too much on needing to immediately direct violence at anyone who is besmirching them through sendings. It's OK, you can let them  be not subdued and at your mercy that exact instant. Stalk for them later if you don't have a DM, it gives you something to do and lets things simmer and rise to a boil.

Sendings didn't even used to be even slightly dangerous to make in EFU as they were in heavily populated guarded areas. Just let it  upset your PC  and look for them next time.

It's hard enough as it is to play a PC on the weaker side, having a few small places they can feel a smidge of safety (and not even safe if you have a DM) isn't going to bring the whole place down.
