Crafting Error Messages

I got a series of error messages today using an herbalist's table. I know the system has been changed since my character was created, so this might be the cause. The ingredients were often Red-Letter Alchemy ingredients so perhaps that's involved.

I wrote the used ingredients down and can provide them, but wasn't sure if that might be a spoiler? Probably not since the system is character-randomized. Happy to provide the info in the appropriate manner.
