Dear Sana,

I find it really hard to talk to you in person about this stuff, so I want to at least put my thoughts into a letter.

I only did what I did because I had it on good authority that the Torchbearers would renege on their duty to Banafsi. I left your name out of the report entirely, because I didn't wish to get you in trouble.

Admittedly, it all backfired on me a bit, and I can't think of anytime more humiliating than that Assembly.

I understand if you're upset, but I do want to talk it over sometime.
