Updated the minor rogue perk Forger.

Added a new rogue minor perk: Explorer.

Edited the rogue minor perk Poisoner.

Edited the barbarian battlestyle Jungle Hunter.

Perk changes:
-- Mesmerizing gets a player tool at level 5 and rerolls failed bluff/persuade checks. Bonus to appraise at level 1.
-- Hematologist gets two player tools related to blood vials. Effects do not work retroactively, get new blood.
-- Adjusted FE: Magical Beast.

Drill Sergeant now trains charactes at half their level + 2 instead of +1. Max level is still 7.

Changed how barbarian battlestyles receive bonus from charisma modifier. Now should ensure it only takes the base charisma modifier and not any additional modifiers beyond that (in example: Eagle's Splendor). As a rule of thumb if you have 18 charisma (mod +4), you will receive the highest effects in each battlestyle.

Standard barbarian's rage now also determined by base charisma. +10% movement speed at level 8 has been removed from standard barbarian.

Added two stealth-related minor perks for rogues.

Perk changes:

Fighter
  • Desert Warrior perk ability changed from 1d4 to 1d6 fire damage.
Barbarian
  • Mad Berserker feat at level 5 changed from Two-Weapon Fighting to Ambidexterity. Requires a base dexterity of at least 13 to get. May need a DM to help adjust current Mad Berserkers.
  • Jungle Hunter's rage has bonus AB reduced to +1, duration reduced by two turns and speed increment limit is now 5%, 8%, 10%.
Ranger
  • FE Shapechanger now has +2 dodge AC vs Shapechangers.
  • FE Undead has 5/- DR negative energy changed to 10% immunity negative energy.
Bard
  • Blade's perk feat changed from Whirlwind to Cleave.
  • Jack of All Trades' song changed from Halafat's Orison's of Freedom to Calley Olwyn's Swift Seekings.

Hydromancer and Infuser sorcerer backgrounds added. Any bugs you notice can be reported directly to me.

Next reset unleash the hounds, pick up both swords and defy a risen star. Three new backgrounds have been added to fighters.

Keep in mind that the last mentioned may especially face further changes for balance reasons. Feel free to let me know directly of any bugs.

The Houndmaster dog comes in three different stages - puppy, dog and warhound. Changes have been made as follows: [INDENT]- Lowered dog and warhound strength by two.
- Changed warhound's bite weapon to be less powerful.
- Reduced warhound's AC by two.
- Slightly reduced the size of warhound's appearance.[/INDENT]
 
Red Star Defiant [INDENT]- Invisibility purge option added.
- fighter_perk can be used again after 10 min.
- Restoration effect applied after resting.[/INDENT]

/c name_companion can now use more than a first name. This should be useful for those with animal companions, dogs and... oozes. New sorcerer background next reset.

The Corrode Player Tool no longer corrodes ammunition, throwing weapons and some other items. Let me know if you find something that seems to give too much for cheap cost.

A note for Infusers:
QuoteThe rechargable orb will correctly give you charges for the different spells on first charge-up after a rest. Using any of the spells from the orb until the spell charges reach zero will make you unable to cast more of the same spell, even after charging with electrical jolt. A rest will fix that.

However, as long as you do not deplete the number of spell charges to 0 (not item charges) you can continue to refresh them through charging with electrical jolt. At level 5 this method can only be used for the lightning bolt and electrical jolt spells, as scintillating sphere can only be used once.

-- Changes to Red Star Defiant and tweaks to some brews.
-- Some rogue level 8 perks have gained additional benefits.
-- Bard multiclassing now should remove bonus feats.
-- The visual effect of the Expunge tool should now be changed.
-- Release undead will now no longer work with Skeletal Royal Guards from the Court of Bones ability.

Charm Tool of Mesmerizing now causes confusion for 3 + charisma modifier rounds instead of making the creature temporarily neutral. It cannot be used on those with immunity to mind control, creatures with more levels than you, quest bosses or PCs.

More changes to everyone's loves-to-hate-but-plays-it-anyway perk, Red Star Defiant. At level 8 you now have six brews and a whole new set of commands to choose from 1/day. In addition some brews have been modified and some new have been added. Subject to change. Alert me if there are any bugs.

Lots of small changes next reset, most meant to encourage the use of the rewards gotten by the perks:

Fighter
-- Body Guard has gained +1 vs Mind Affecting at level 1.
-- Bounty Hunter gets random traps each REST at level 5.
-- Cutthroat gets double poison duration at level 5.
-- Marksman gets a bundle of bolts each REST.
-- Sharpshooter gets a bundle of arrows each REST.
-- Red Star Defiant has some brew changes:
  • Herbal Touch has +5 Heal reduced to +2 Heal.
  • Focus has its AC bonus reduced from 2 to 1.
  • New brew: Gardener. Get a random seed and d2 produce from an Underdark plant. +3 to Farming.
  • New brew: Hunter. Animals do not attack you and you can rest in the wilderness without a campfire.
Rogue
-- Engineer now gets a throwable each REST.
-- Knifemaster gets throwing knives each REST.
-- Poisoner gets a poison each REST.
-- Smuggler has its bonus to the smuggling quest removed from the description, as the quest is no longer in the module.
-- Trapsmith gets a trap each REST.
-- New minor perk: Starthrower. Gain a set of special shuriken each REST.

Sorcerer
-- Bone Warden now gets skeleton bones each REST. Adjusted the bones to now only be skeletons.
-- Tribal Shaman's former level 8 bonus "Animals do not attack you" has been moved to level 1.
-- Ooze Savant and Primordial Druid's ooze constitution upgrade has been removed, as it only gave you 1 HP each upgrade.

Ranger
-- FE: Animal now gets a trap each REST.
