Similarly, it is also possible for monsters such as nightrisers, orcs, etc. to invade/attack the city without any DM present. So do not assume a DM is watching on these occasions. They are only there to provide a bit of excitement at random times.

While I love the idea of random quests, random attacks on the ziggurat don't seem as exciting. I don't see how this improves the server in any way. It may even be harmful, since there could be problems such as people logging on the ziggurat just in the middle of a group of mobs, mobs overrunning the ziggurat because there aren't enough pcs to beat them... When a dm runs these events, that kind of stuff can be avoided, and it's generally more fun than a random AI attack which I believe doesn't really apport anything. Opinions?

So I want to buy a pc, a portable one. I already asked for advice around, but I still have questions:

Is Vista ok for gaming? I heard games didn't work well with it, yet I also heard it was the case before, but not anymore. I wanted to get Windows Xp, but I haven't found a shop that still sells decent Windows Xp pcs, only Vista.

I want to get a wireless USB connection. Is it a reliable connection? As if, I won't get disconnected (too much) while playing? The one I want is 3Mb. Is it fast enough to play NWN?

A set of 50 costs the ridiculous sum of 1 gp. They cost less than a bow or crossbow while being more effective. It's also illogical because it's evident a single throwing axe would cost surely more than one gp to craft.

When you are fighting two of them at the same time and you hit one, the other bat is hurt also.

I mean, you get like 20 minor wounds potions, delight Ymph pearl, 3 moderate potions and a helm with 10 dragon breath charges without even needing to complete the quest. And the zombie you need to kill to complete it is very close to the entrance.
