Hey guys, I'm interested in starting a hotseat campaign for EB 2 on Hard/Hard difficulty, which will include a roleplaying focus and posts in a forum thread.

For those who aren't aware, Europa Barbarorum 2 is a mod for Medieval 2: Total War set in the Hellenistic Period, roughly two-hundred years before the birth of Julius Caesar and the rise of the Roman Empire. Its historical authenticity is unmatched among all other Total War modifications, and realism can't found in higher quality in any other grand strategy game that I have played. If you want to learn more, here's a link to the main thread: http://www.europabarbarorum.com/

It will be quite casual paced and you can take your time with your turns, transferring the files over steam/skype/email as we play in sequence. Just ensure that you keep the file moving and don't forget to pass it on when you're finished with it.

Have good courtesy, no save-scumming (reloading because you lost a battle or were out-thought by the AI) and only use auto-resolve when fighting other players. I don't mind people doing battles against the AI, it wouldn't be total war if there wasn't some actual army control in the campaign, but try not to use any lame tactics to win. Obviously I can't enforce this, but just maintain good etiquette and remember that your fellow players deserve a fair experience.

I will act as an Overseer for the campaign, and reserve the right to examine other factions if players suspect foul activity. I will not use this power to the detriment of any other players, and will maintain strict confidentiality on army compositions and plans. I will also not use this information to my advantage during the game, and will play a relatively small faction (Bosphoran Kingdom) whilst playing as Overseer.

Anyone interested should add me on Steam http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198014815214/ and give me a message. Cheers!
