A shield to ward the hinfolk.

Shield that calls for champions who will stand tall against tyranny and evil.

Shield that rallies champions to protect their kin.

Class: Any. Although necromancers and other vile hins may have a hard time joining.

Alignment: It is important to have the desire to protect other halflings, whether you are good or evil, lawful or chaotic.
(Mind that evil characters shall have hard time becoming champions themselves.)
