Velstra Vale Healing Shrine Change

I think it would be nice if the Healing Shrine located in the dueling courtyard could be adjusted so that it does not display a chat message every time it is used. It's a little distracting in RP.

Perhaps the shrine itself could be changed to something more mundane like a table of bandages/salves as well?
