Beer keg in Glitt Hall

The amount of beer that Glitt PCs buy for the purpose of role play, especially in the induction of new members, costs a lot of gold over time. Could Glitt Hall get a keg with maybe a stack of 10 victory bitter beer in it in their locked faction area that refills reach reset?

Or just have a keg item with unlimited booze! Also give us in Velstra something for wine and food!!!!!
