Gore Reaver Rage

I finally got to level eight and wanted to see how much the rage would actually give, given the charisma Lillery has.
I was a bit surprised when I gained +4 strength/+7 constitution.

Edit:
Just to clarify; Lillery has 16 charisma and looking at the info on the rage she gains third tier strength buff but strangely gains between second (6) and third (8 ) tier con.

What here do you believe is a bug?

18 charisma would have given you +8 con. 14 charisma would keep you at +6 con. Naturally, with 16 charisma, you land between at +7.

You get the full str bonus because the advancement there is +1 on each tier (+2 total) and your charisma modifier is +3.
