Prospectors Guild Favour: Not Working

As above its not working. My PC has accrued 1186 points in favour from handing things in but when going to the trader it says I have "0"  favour points and cannot procure anything .

This is intentional.
The Prospector shop was disabled (should be in the change notes)
The points are only counted so that the DM's can decide to do something if enough are collected.
