Sometimes you want to remove the worn items someone has for some reason, such as for a punishment, or so their saves are lowered for potential RP stuff with spellcasting but the only way to do so quickly and smoothly is to yank EVERYTHING. This would help with that.

Alternatively or supplemental to this;  PCs who have recently been subdued and are still at 1 hp should automatically fail saves (or some form of this).
