summons bugged by turning

my ghost and undead summons get bugged sometimes if an ally turns undead nearby, some get stunned usually, but then some get dominated, that in itself isn't a problem until of course the domination wears off, i can no longer command the summon, if it dies its portrait does not dissapear, and if i happen to try to kill it myself it fights back. This also makes it not unsummon, it no longer takes up summon points, but it still can be a hassle if i can't control them after, this has happened in numerous areas, so its not an area specific bug, i am just asking it gets looked into, if you can't fix it or find it too much of a hassle no biggie, i just find the bug itself annoying.
