Now that the Office of Property Management actually locks itself again after a time when you pay a bribe for the key, it makes sense the Scribes should be able to access that information inside without having to pay their co-worker (or Underling) a bribe every time they need to check the records.

While there are many property opportunities available in the well, the Palm Heights are far and away far superior mark of standing than the somewhat plebian housing of the Plaza.

It is our pleasure, as the government charged with administration of Ephia's Well by our Sultan, honor to his name, to officially accept Arjuna Namahedu as the official envoy of Qadira-on-the-Sea. Befitting their role, we formally request the lettered seals of their mark be delivered to them so that all and any agreements or contracts made between Qadira-on-the-Sea and Ephia's well may be made formalized in record, alongside providing the Sublime Garden with all official titles of address that we may conduct ourselves in negotiations in a proper manner.

Ammendments

Lieutenant Colmes made his return to the Well in the early Months of 7788. Quickly re-establishing himself among the many new faces of the Fourth, the Legion has flourished once more under his hand.

With the official decleration of War against Iakmes and the Thousand Clans horde, an election was held among the Accord to put forth individuals to take up the seat of Warmaster as dictated by our Illustrious Sultan. Of those put forth, Lieutenant Colmes garnered the most support from all arms of the Accord.

He now sits as Warmaster of Ephia's well, leader of the War Council, and the heart of Ephian Resistance against the encroaching Orcan Menace.

Just think it'd be neat to be able to see the total value of a Property plus it's furnishings in the book in the Property office. Would both help players looking to sell their property, and let people see how much their little decorating project has actually cost them in total.

Suggestion for a new Lunge option for Fencer (Entirely fueled by my love for Gimmicky bullshit)

When in Parry Stance, the Fencer gains one Additional Attack per round.

The one additional APR would bring the Fencer in line with dual wielding for effectiveness when Parrying, while being extremely thematic to the class.

Discord is many things, but it's not a Replacement for a Proper Forum Website. Those changes should be on here too.

An Absolute Blast to have interacted with Guivarch from Start to Finish, I am not sure any other PC infuriated me quite as much. I only wish our timezones had matched up a little better.

Just throwing this out there on an OOC level. It has plenty of IC precedent, having been used as a punishment before. Would be cool if this gave the Scribes some more weight to throw around since they control the Bellows heads.
