Make paper available inside the Bone Collectors Guildhall

Currently none of the npcs there sell paper for writing messages, only for scribing scrolls. Even the ponds merchants have paper for sale. Perhaps one of the npcs in the Bone Collectors can sell it, or put a scribe down there?

Counterpoint: the Bone Collectors are a guild, not a camp of poor folks (like the Ponds) or a proper hub (like the Peerage/Burgage). Necromancers can gain access to both of those examples and buy paper - in all likelihood without being discovered.

(And yes, I had a character who was part of a conspiracy to awaken Blacksmile. This isn't me hating on the BC. I love the guildhall; it's so thematic and has a great atmosphere.)

I can see paper being pretty useful to public necromancers who want to improve their villain games with cryptic notes or threats or many other things. +1 from me.
