Druids in EFU known as big ninja stealthers because of their wildshapes which always was granting them about +15 - +20 to stealth skills and all druidic items was granting stealth as well. Now at current moment while there no access to wildshape druids lost that feature but they do still have powerful spells that boosts stealth, To make it currently work it will take a lot of feats, items and still will be not enough to hide from some simple monsters. 

If left as it is, all stealth spells will just become as a source of money for character with brew potion and not for any actual use.
Perhaps it is too early for me to write and suggest something like this but maybe it is not.

Hello people of EFU!
So story of Silverpaw has come to end. Died in lag, died in darkness, died in shadows. But it is more important THE WAY and road that character walked. And it was very very long road.
Any sane person whould abandon this character after few months because it is monster and City of Rings was not perfect place for that kind of RP. But still, I was in love with all mongrel-lore and them in general so I have played Silverpaw as long as it was possible. There was few moments to shine, many moments of fear.

Her story of any mongrel sad, dark and bloody.
She was smarter than her sisters and brothers, she was more curious than others mongrels and wanted REBEL. She trusted no one but tried make friends. She wanted more and more. She wanted freedom and no opression to changelings. Sadly I not played it that well. But still I can't abondon things that I started.

There was A LOT OF THINGS. A LOT. MANY. VERY MANY. It is hard to remember everything really for me. Hard to remember her friends and people with whom she interacted because there was MANY people.
Still, there some key events in which she took part.

-Killing T'Chun God
-Mongrel little wars
-Being part of Bonecollectors
-Making some newspapers
-AND MANY MORE

I had a lot of loot, sadly, sadly, on event my pack was looted and I forgot to make screens of it but her loot was able to reach hide 40+ easily. Perhaps one of my best stealther.
LOOT!

A giant bow from T'chun event. Endless fire arrows, two fire arrow spells, and two times use AoE fire arrow spells. I had to RP that I need to place it in ground to start shooting. I tried!
Armor! Was granting +3 to hide/ms  from some random dm event.
Gloves! Just one day sound burst, from christmas event.
Amulet! Cat paw, from mongrel's war. More stealth, more bard slots. Darkness one use.

What else I should say...
She was somewhat a failed character from every side. She had some great moments and some have nice memories of that character. To think, I have played this character more just for others and trying add some atmosphere to EFU than just following my goals because I failed reaching my goals. I knew that I can just sit and wait when event will end then just hop on my character but I can't, it is not my style avoid permadeath important events which is important for whole server. Anyway, one bad thing that playing long time - it is easy to become attached to character and I do feel that I was little bit, but when one dies - it is opportunity for something new to grow. I hope others will remember it.

I am all alone and doing work only by myself and really not expecting what someone will roll and join but I thought maybe there can be few interested people who looking for ideas and concepts. So, worth asking and post about it anyway.

Nothing too much demanding but dangerous and risky.
I could use help of few people who want to play reporters/spies and other types of very -rebellious-  and other way chaotic characters. Yes, the main theme is to be a rebel, fight for freedom. Writing truth, spreading lies and truth as well. From shadows support others rebels. So think about it as a more active and more chaotic Rumour Mill.
Any outcasts/monsters and just evil or chaotic guys are most welcome. Feel free to spam me in discord/forum to contact with character or just ask for silly questions.

Suggestions / Lairs!

As I know, the old lair system went to past and strongholds took their place. Somewhat improved versions of lairs. They can be taken by anyone in any time and without any app but they somewhat limited in numbers and in their themes. Since EFU had a great number of interesting lairs, I suggest to return them.
Why now?
Ring 98 expanded greatly in somewhat recent past, it now bigger in many-many times. And if there any plans to add even more nature/cave areas around perhaps it can be a good idea return back old lair system but limit them in 99-97 for example.  This will be good only for monster races or some very evil/secret group. Or something else interesting.
Or just add one or two strongholds. Or do nothing at all. I personally think having them or not - will not change or improve EFU experience. But they was just very cool and now we have even some space for them.

Yllasaadinatranna Svaneffini was created purely to learn and practice with tinkering as well as small alt character to play with while I was waiting for the result on my app for a new character.  But application was declined, I slowly continued to play and explore tinkering, slowly quested and gained levels. And then there happened point of no returning. Stranger's reporter invited my gnome to the Rumour Mill. And once I am joining to any associations, I am never leaving character until it is killed or something else. So, once my character joined to The Rumour Mill, everything got very serious. I started slowly to do Ringrunning, picking up rumours, stealthy follow people, listening what about other people whispers, and so on. I never wanted to play actually a reporter because (as usual) my gnome had negative charisma. Sometimes I tried to play a shy character. Sometimes I tried to play a very impudent character. So I was made not many issues and not was very keen on happening but sometime was doing small rumours when something major happens or just to show what some things happening and going around.



So, what was the personal goals of character? All boring and simple as it can be. Just be a master tinkerer. Though with time, many other characters was more talking about clocks and time in the City of Rings. From time to time some characters was approaching and talking about it. Someone was asking, someone was just interested to learn more. But I didn't was very interested in this. It leads to consequences. And because my gnome is shyly loner, it was clear to just avoid it. But and here happened something. Another point of no returning.  DeltaTime character (Thesputin Bobbyknock) with help of DM(s) invented(or recovered) new small god, Clocks Shadow. And suddenly, clocks and all talking about time become very important and had big meaning behind. It was not just "why it is forbidden?", there was big space for philosophy, something, what you can easily add to background of broken clocks. There was something important now, reasons why character can risk and do something that may bring terrible consequences or lead to even death. There was no just "let's do it and see what happen". So character got more strong goals. It is to try fix clocks in the Ticker Square.


But I decided what this task is not something that you must do quickly. It is not something you put many points in tinkering and trying grab DMs saying what you want to fix or make something. I carefully started collect many different things and making more things by tinkering. Study aspect of time philosophically, talking with few characters little about this and that, listening opinions and trying to see the full picture. Of course, my character not was very hidden about it. Because of low charisma character tried to attract more attention, tried look "better". Was often talking about new devices, about plans for new devices and showing different things to everyone when there was a good opportunity. So, I would guess, it wasn't hard to think what such good tinkerer soon or later will consider do something about clocks. But I was still trying do it very carefully. Not giving promises, not telling whole things. But slower with each step was moving towards the goal.


Character slowly was acquiring "critical mass" of important things and knowledge but I am almost never was turning away from possible perma-death events if that can bring something important, bring something what worth risking. Something what just very important for a character. I took part in a few perma-death events and not thinking about what if I will just die here. After EFU:R, I think, what I will always play risky than safely. Can this event ruin all character progress? Yes. Is that super important for character and she just can't ignore it? Yes. And I will always take part in it. It is what makes character alive, give more meaning to what character actually doing. So, as I was saying, character was slowly acquiring "critical mass" of things.


Character collected large amount of important things that may help progress toward her goal but one and only one thing I was missing. The Power Core. I knew what Abala long ago was saying what it is very exhausting to do this events and likely there not going to happen anytime soon but, I guess, I was just lucky what Abala was in the mood for this. (Thank you, Abala) I knew what probably my character has almost everything for goal, almost just what is needed for the final step but the Power Core item was attracting more. I was a long time considering should my character risk everything for one thing. And of course, in end we all know what I risked. And if even my character died, I would honestly not regret this.


And once everything was prepared, my character made a final step. Of course, it is all sadly spoiler-spoilery but there is an important thing, yes. My character was enough successful to actually even continue to play and do more things but I decided what that was just enough for character. Yes, there is more potential was, more goals to acquire, more things to do but it was felt what it was enough for character. What someone else should continue to do this, someone else should dig deeper. And I decided to retire character.
Oh, and small comment about Ringrunning.
Furthest:  Ring 76
I want to say, what very big things may very easily happen all in Ring 99th and close to it. Sometimes it is not needed to have access to all this nice looking ring to grab little pieces of lore from different parts. Everything can be done and not leaving very far. At some point I was somewhat bored at Ringrunning. Was casually walking back and forward, meeting sometimes other groups and talking with them, it was funny, yes, and probably my character had chance and opportunity to do ringrun even deeper, but I liked what my character was doing and liked to stay in Ring 99th.

Thank you very much to all DMs and players with whom I was playing and somewhat influenced on my character.
I am often read what my character was interesting and liked by many, I am honestly surprised. I think what sometimes I played badly her, what there was moments that I could do better. But nonetheless, it is pleasant to see what such a simple character with simple goal was interesting to observe and interact with.
I have of course many concepts and ideas, so I will try to keep quality and play something interesting!

Yes, as 10th level rogue perk, I took skill mastery to represent how good my character at tinkering. And yes, I have this two silly skill focuses. Search to represent her background as "scumpicker" and "craft trap" to show her trainings in tinkering.
One of loot which I can't show was two very notoriously rings of Tomb Robbers or Tomb something. Yes. These two rings can be acquired in-game, so seek them!
Other DM loot though I can show and they all was somehow connected with tinkering.

Currently, Woodland Stride feat gives immunity to spells such as grease, web and entangle but this feat does not protect from tangle effect which comes from different sources such as tanglefoot bag, on-hit effects/attacks, special abilities(like spiders and their web bolt), effect from items and so on which makes druids very vulnerable against things what they supposed to have immunity. Previously druids had form which granted such immunities but form was somewhat nerfed.

Small suggestion to buff druids and their constant hunger for spellslots. Though there some nice quests that can easily provide items with few spellslots to druids - still it feels not enough for 2th and 3rd spells.

Suggestion is to give additional spellslot to druids on each level spells. 
Good things: Characters will have more spells what they can use offensively, it will be more possible to use necromancy-school druidic spells as well, not just play barkskin-buffing bot. As well it will make a slightly stronger concept with summonings.  Additional spellslots will as well provide some surviving abilities until character will reach 8th level for all strong wildshapes.

Bad things: Additional spellslot is not something good for balance and in my opinion heavily buffs class but given special role of druids in current settings in EFU, I think druids will not destroy server with more spellslots.

Second special property of this weapon did not apply correctly on weapon itself when it is used. It shows message what nothing happened.

Item made by tinkering craft named "Knockoff Royal Banquest Candle" can't be traded/bartered. Once character put this item in barter menu - item dissapears and character makes animation what it puts candle on ground.
It is issue because this candle marked as prestige item.
Suggestion - simple make it as tourch with model of candle. Not as actual candle.

Lived in trash and died in trash. Classic outcast druid. I did not expected such end but it is why EFU charming. Ending of your story coming when you not awaits it. However it was interesting and hard road. Playing druid and outcast it is very hard and not for everyone. I think current setting not for this type of playstyle and clearly very hard for any druid. But my druid managed to find friends and allies and we made something interesting.  Thank you every player who interacted and played with my druid and every DM who shared time for my requests and allowing to play me mongrel. Of course I am not going to stop play monsters and outcasts. See you in Mongrelwoods!

This is happening often and I am always can observe this when Grimalkin or Shadows started combat with someone. They starting to set as many traps in single spot as they have. It can go up to four traps which remains between areas resets. It is not uncommon to trigger in one time four strong traps.
It is similar with issue what was in another topic.

Suggestions / Add gardening in Mongrelwoods

All area is green. Trees and plants everywhere. Paradise for druids.
It will be nice to have 1-3 gardens in Mongrelwoods.  Inside of shrine/building or another safe spot.

When character mongrelcat using lycanthropy abilities - it spawns unidentified item in inventory.  It is character's skin which later auto-applies after this item identified.

In animal form it is uses item Mongrelcat Skin 2 .
In human form it is uses item Mongrelcat Skin .
In both forms this skin spawns unidentified.

Suggestions / Wildshape and size.

Suggestion: make hitbox of all medium(or even some big ones) wildshapes smaller.
Minor suggestions: make lizard wildshape breath underwater
Another minor suggestion: make snakes wildshape able to pass through cracks(rat can pass, but snake can't).

Reasons:

Some wildshapes have very big hitbox. Such big what it makes impossible to explore some areas and use it in quests.
Many new custom wildshapes which uses some big models mostly often can stuck in middle of somewhere.
Here I am attaching screens how I am tried to explore some  areas in lizard and giantfrog form.






Exploring only two areas I have found very many "invisible walls", some objects what was making impossible to reach some places, objects and what more important areas transitions.
Since many areas in EFU:COR have many narrow passages and some quests uses some narrow places as well - it can make impossible to play in wildshape.

I used next wildshapes: slug, lizard, giantfrog.
I am sure what many other wildshapes what looks visually big but counted as medium sized may have exactly same issue.

Just as says title.
Add to special Prospector's Guild shop "The Pile" bundles with abj.nightshades for Guild Favour Points. So characters will have more reasons to bring things to "The Pile" and some planes will be less hardcore.

Casting spells in ooze tomb quest area triggers magic eaters.
I do not think it is feature of quest because this quest located in city.

I decide to make one big post about my few characters what I had in EFU:R.
I am not native english speaker so there will be many grammar mistakes, sorry for that!

In my experience of EFU, I had three somewhat big and serious characters.
None of them was killed by other characters. Their stories all finished in events.

Other characters what I was playing but I do not think they was very important at all was:
Isidora Blackthorn, watcher monk
Aima Stameril, rogue from ooze team



My first character in EFU was Navarra Zarya.

I didn't know many about EFU lore at all and so I made rashemi wizard who will try learn new things. Navarra somewhat nature theme character. She had strong memories of Rasheman culture and she spent all her life in nothern taiga and in heavy forests areas. Navarra was considering to join in Spellguard because it was looked like organization what may provide resourses for learning about Machine and more lore but then my wizard met with one druid. Druid showed canal and substance and was telling what great damage makes Machine and how Spellguard do not cares what happens with caves.

After that meeting, Navarra story was turned toward Nature Team and she ended in Stewards faction as Guard who gave oath.
Slowly Navarra was starting to find herself in conflicts with Spellguard and few agents was after her because she was assotiating herself with druids. With time Navarra become more sneaky and more alone. And in one time I was learning things about quests and such. I am even reached 9th level and took one level of cleric to represent deep roots of her Rashemi culture and faith in Chauntea.
Sadly Steward losed fight for Mycopolis and remaining members of Stewards had option to left faction or stay inside until things will happen. Navarra stayed inside.
After some time, Howlando let me finish story of Navarra Zarya.
And when Ark was captured by Spellguard, Navarra turned herself to tree in hope to remain alive and useful to Ark.

Since EFU:R ended, I can give some spoilers how ended story of Spuffisthin. Though for me it is still covered with few secrets and mysteries.

I sent application for myconid right after Ark faction was closed. Concept and goals of this characters was very simple. I was still somewhat new to EFU and I decided what make myconid druid is one easy way to explore caves of Underdark, to adjust myself to EFU better and work with myconid grove lair and sell of course myconid's goods.



It wasn't easy.
I was playing: (cute) monster race
I was playing: druid
This two things together makes game experience very different.  Life of myconid was very lonely but it wasn't big issue since I was continue to explore different places of Underdark, exploring wild life and watching at others from shadows. But time was going and my gameplay was turning to be super boring. I was starting to seek do some worthy druidic goals, try be important and remind what nature team still remains.
By brewing potions, my myconid started to spread influence and at some point I decided what best descision will be to join Ooze Team and try move plots in this faction.

One of first epic ooze plot was to rescue lost ooze in Nebezzdos, traveling to Ymph using THE WAY and traveling back.
It was hard, it was enduring, but we managed to do this. And my character ended as withered.  After long time and few small druidic events, Spuffisthin managed to find cure and heal this curse and then later Spuffisthin took part of event to protect elder ooze what can free enthralled minds.
We failed but Spuffisthin was trusted to keep remainings of this ooze to free from enthrallement someone later.
Time passed and Spuffisthin became some sort of "agent" but in Covenant. Though Spuffisthin never was asking or got any ooze-powers, Spuffisthin was still moving forward.

Another important event what happened with Spuffisthin, it was storming Traensyr. United with Exiles team, we was hoping to make great damage to Traensyr to help Six-Fingers with his plans and at some point, many was hoping what my myconid can attempt to free famous Kingsley.
My myconid as any other myconid of course was not trusting to anyone fully, myconid was wise and smart, Spuffisthin was trying to learn and understand nature of drows, nature of humans and other races. Myconid was forced to adapt and live together with remaining races.
At final of Traensyr event, my myconid used remainings of elder ooze to release Kingsley from thrall-slavery.
Why it happened? My myconid was long time thinking and talking what drows without Lloth should have second chance to be accepted by other races. What they can be not so evil. But because drows are elves, they take changes very long time and it was not enough long time to change their nature truely. And drows characters and NPCs not changed much after their spider queen went silence. And Spuffisthin decided what better give another chance to human general what can quickly change and understand things but not to ancient drow matron which probably will never be changed even with silence of their god.

Final big event was storming Mycopolis of course.
Spuffisthin very very very long time was trying push this plot but Covenant is very chaotical faction and it is really hard to organize such thing but at last we managed to gather our forces. And we managed to push away Spellguard forces from Mycopolis.
As reward, my myconid turned to Elder Form.

Things then was slow down a bit but my myconid was continued try sabotage work for Machine. Trying gather more forces and attracting more people to faction.
Of course Spellguard can't ignore long time such things and they gathered some large forces to storm Lower and catch few persons and among them was Spuffisthin.

Later Spuffisthin was moved to some strange building where agents was making experiments on myconids. But Spuffisthin was elder myconid! Very powerful druid. Spuffisthin managed to gather power of earth and break his prison and with help THE MAN IN THE MASK, he escaped his prison. The Man in the Mask shared some truth about Machine and about his plans what I do not wish say details since this things still can be very spoilering? I do not know.
But if speak in general, Spuffisthin Escaped from Uncertainty.

Spuffisthin had one special ancient druidic helmet what was granting immunitites to turning to stone.
Other special item - it was spawning two tiny myconids.


Ellifain Grayleaf. Barbarian and always traveling elf.
This elf was created just after big ooze flood event. I wished to watch all epic events from my eyes from my character. So I made very simple character. Barbarian elf who was always traveling before and she now in Underdark wishes to see more and help to humans and other elves around.
There was not doing anything great and epic alone, not was moving any plots in this literal two weeks but she killed a lot of stuff, gained 10th level and managed to survive all epic events and see new sun.
I had few special barbarian elfy loots, like armor and shield.

I do not mentioned names of other characters here because there was VERY VERY VERY many of them who was affecting stories of each character. It will be rude and unfair from me if I will start mention players and characters and I will forgive some.
So I wish just say HUGE THANKS to all EFU players and EFU DMs who was part of my EFU experience on this three characters.
Of course I will try think about new character and I will try to make it interesting enough too.
