That area was never reconnected when Howland took out the sewers when the tile-set bugs were happening on the EE transition.  It was reported once but still never fixed it seems.

Is this can be same about sewers with green substance and green spiders?
On end of sewers there is door which leads to nowhere but there is hints what it leads deeper in machine.
I just forgot to make screen and forgot proper name of area.  :(

Was swimming around this area and found transition to pipe which seems not works.
On clicking to 'swim down' there is no appears any message and nothing happens.

Pipe is located in left-bottom corner of map. Here is screen.

Suggestions / Lair and points of growth.

This is suggestion about lair points.
As I understand, each reset lair wipes some amount of points regardless of whether a lair master(s) was visited lair or not.
I can understand why such system in place but it is not perfect and I am sure it is need to make some changes.

I have one small example which I experienced recently very often.
Today I am not was playing on my myconid with lair about 18 or so hours. I was logging today and I lost about 2500 points or so because recently it was few resets in row.
And each reset lair was losting points no matter if I even was logging between resets.

Suggestion:
Change system and reduce lair points each 24 hours  (or 12 hours) but not each server reset.

That is interesting suggestion!
I am on side what this changes was good. Perhaps stun should be two rounds instead of one.
But maybe I am just not right and thinking in wrong way.
So! Then I will here post some details about STUN and THREE ROUNDS.

What is stunning fist? Save vs fort or stun. Waht is DC? Average monk with average level ( 8 ) and average wisdom (14) will have 16 DC on saves. Good DC to fight against rogues and casters. And sometime low level or poor equipped fighters/barbarians can fail such save too! And this DC can be rised by WIS-spell.

And what is three rounds when you stunned?
Stunned target considered flat-footed and monk in this three rounds can make from 6 to 9 attacks with +2 on attacking rolls.
Yes, usually monks not have great damage to make but if your target (especially if it pvp) have low fortitude save or just super unlucky - you can whole fight keep your target stunned. It is easy to do when you have three rounds than one round.

Conclusion?
Yep, monks suffer again and more harder to play.
Suggestion? In my opinion it will be interesting to see how it will be with two rounds but not with three.

After some more thinking and playing more on druid I think what best what I can to suggest it is just make double duration of animal empathy.

Two rounds for each druid/ranger level.

Rogue/monk or monk/assassin is common way to get this extremly useful feat for monks but I do not think what such combinations is easy to play. I am always felt what EFU is mostly for pure classes(all this perks!).

Increasing damage die not helps greatly for dex monks. Together with few stances it can help to nearly one-shot few weak monsters but anything with 5 or 10 DR monk going never to harm unless monk have special gloves with bonus elemental dmg. Or pocket wizard.

Perhaps giving this feat for pure monks at 8th level?

After some investigation with Paha we found reasons why my speed was slow. It was something related to special race speed.
It is not bug.

Druids already have powerful tool 'tracking'  but it is not working on PCs.
Perhaps tracking can be reworked in future to work on PC?
And if I can suggest, there need to add timer between each using of tracking command like 1-2 minutes because currently tracking can be spamed endless time for better rolls.

Suggestions / Improving Animal Empathy

This is more feedback and discussing about animal empathy and some little suggestion.
I do not have really big experience on playing druid/ranger in efu but I am already play druid myconid some time.
But I think in current times this skills perhaps should be slightly buffed?

So here is thing which I wish to post and discuss. It is about improving life in wild and buffing skill animal empathy.
Currently animal empathy already helps very greatly to druids/rangers allowing them walk nearby hostile beasts/vermins freely when you get enough skill points. As well druid/ranger can be followed by other character or even two and if they stay close enough - they will be not attacked as well.

Other using of animal empathy - it is of course using it on hostile beasts to dominate.
Currently this thing is unchanged and after some time beast turns again hostile and without option attacks on druid/ranger or who is nearby if you was very slow to re-dominate your animal friend.

I suggest to little change it like...
I have few ideas which I wish discuss and listen from others.
First idea (and probably most bad) it is makes from them cheap version of animal companion and make them able dominate  until character rests or use command to free animal from domination.

Other idea it is make them dominated on some setted time like...
One turn per level druid?
One game hour per two or three levels druids?
But druids/rangers will know how long about their beast will be calm in this case.

Perhaps you may have better idea! Suggest it!

Why I am suggesting this? And what changes I see in this?
Here is my views.

Advantages:


  • It will help avoid confusing situation when dominated animal suddenly attacks on party members/your friends or even kills you.
  • It may help create some RP scene with your druid/ranger and dominated animal.
  • Such little change may more improve life of druid, make it a bit easy since they have very lonely and hard life.
Disadvantages:


  • Currently, my druid with six levels(!) and few items on animal empathy may dominate VERY strong beasts like cave bear, gray render, deep lurker, deep lizard. This animals spawns not commonly but very strong and can be dominated if you sneak and click animal empathy in right time. It clearly will make druids/rangers very strong.
  • Druids/Rangers already have tool to train beast as animal companion but they limited by levels of druid so they can't train just any beast at start. Of coruse animal companion not immortal and it cost experience to train new animal companion (what is cool feature).

So what you all think about it?
And forgive me for my bad english of some parts hard to understand from first time.

I belive Damien was meant about dragon related items with one use per day which drops in crazy amount everywhere and do not have any using. And they drops already long time.

And about schematics.
I think Damien was meant special item for sapper class which also drops in few places. Currently sapper class not avalible but item still drops. Not sure if need change about schematics if sapper planned to be returned soon or later though.

Suggestions / Watchhouse. Charger, Armor.

Was playing some time on monk class in WaW faction and have two minor suggestion.

Charger.
Chargers not works on gloves and gives message what character not holds any weapon at all.
Suggestion: make it able charge gloves. (Also arrows? Ranged weapons? If that possible and balanced...)

Powersuits.
With some little(not fully!) investigation  it seems there is no temporary powersuit what have type armor: cloth(or by other words used by monks) .
In Machine low level quest it can be found some ruined gnome powersuit with time limit on it and it actually can be used by monk because it have type: cloth.
Suggestion: add/change powersuit what can have type as cloth.  Add in description few words about at least what type armor it is.

Second suggestion is somewhat more important since I noticed what more and more new players to EFU slowly joining/interesting to WaW and they do not know OOCly what type of armor this powersuits, can they use it and something like that. Existing description is nice and enough. I just suggest add little more info to prevent possible disappointment of players in faction.

Bug Reports / Druidic bonus speed in wild areas.

After some playing on my druid on new  EE version I noticed some issues with bonus speed in wild area.

In character list bonus speed is represents correctly but in game character moves with default speed.
I was testing it few resets. Moving around and looking difference between speed in wild area and not wild area. There was no any difference at all. Was also checking speed nearby other characters of different classes and my character was moving with same speed or sometime even slower.

I do not know if that bug with bonus druid speed or with my character, since I not have any other druid character to test it.

As another one player who often play in downtime - all this possible additions sounds very nice.

I may also think what any grinding crafting system - will also help greatly to find what things to do when there is very few or nobody on server.

I read few times what alchemical/herbalisim craft is on list to do what is very good.
But is planned bring anything with gems and ore?
I may think what it is complex work and not something may worth time right now but if there can be more usage of EFUSS regarding crafting(or anything else?) - I think it will help to keep lonely characters busy.

Yes, I think there is always have place to be for some meta builds and power builds but I do not think what it is actually big trouble. Because EFU is low level setting - each feat is very important. Of course fighters have more easy with this but pure fighters even with super nice fighters backgrounds may have hard life.

What about expertise - it is very buggy. It is often disables when small combat is over but new enemy run toward you.
Timing not good idea. Not at all.

I do like simple bump suggestion about more druidic kits on different themes what was offered by InsectPlague and offer just simple options of what was offered. I feel what with amount of vermins-type monsters in EFU currently it is will be nice first make vermin-theme druid .

Here is just simple idea/suggest how to make vermin-theme kit more simple for start.

Vermin-druid Kit.
Gives tool of command vermins or make them able to animal empathy.
Make it for all vermins or separate on bugs and spiders.
Bugs/spiders summon theme.
Powerful variation of vermins wild shape instead of bears/wolfs/panthere etc.
