Tweak the prices when purchasing property with furniture

Right now if you buy a property you have an option to buy it with all the furniture.

If the property value is 500 and there's 5 chests worth 500gp each, it will cost 3k to buy the property.

If someone totally decks out their property over time, it becomes almost impossible for anyone to purchase that property with all the stuff inside it to keep the legacy going.

I think having furniture should increase the value for any buyers, but I think it should be a set cost like 100gp per item or 20% of the furniture's cost.

There should also be a "mercy" option for an owner to buy the property back and keep their stuff (as long as they are the most recent owner) WITHOUT paying additional for furniture, if the rent expires because they can't login or visit the property in X time window.
