The Inquisition of Rings 100 - 91

Varias the Huntsman & Imir the Inquisitor

The Royal Inquisition entrusted with the peace & order of Rings 100 - 91. The Wizard of Golfaldus, Imir Hvithelm, has donned the cowl alongside his faithful huntsman, Varias Harcourt. Intent on molding an Inquisition unlike any of the past, the courthouse of now is focused on maintaining the King's peace in the realm. To the contrast of former bloodthirsty Inquisitors, Imir stresses to be a man of peace. Counseled by those close to him, he has pursued a royal position intent on doing just this.

For PCs loyal to the King, the position of 'Kingsman' has been instated. Those loyal to the Inquisitor & the King who may have all lines of work from spying, infiltration, bounty hunting, peacekeeping, scholarly duties and lawkeeping.

City Sending by Imir Hvithelm : Subjects of the King- good people of Rings One Hundred to Ninety-One. Here speaks the Royal Inquisitor. I am, by the decree of my duties to keep the peace and keep order in these lands, forming a new order of men and & women.

City Sending by Imir Hvithelm : The Order of Kingsmen and Kingswomen; whether you are a scholar, a warrior or but a leal servant loyal to the King, the courthouse of Ninety-Seven has need of your services to the Crown. To maintain this fragile peace, it is of course a necessity that blood be shed at times.

City Sending by Imir Hvithelm : Bring your sword and bring your quill; we have need of both. We must restore the laws of the Courthouse that have faded over time. We must keep the peace. We must protect the descendants of Dorvant Drinnaught in the Peerage. I cannot do this alone.

City Sending by Imir Hvithelm : Take heart, those who heed the laws of the realm. For order and peace have come to these lands. For those who would spit upon the King`s laws - beware the King`s justice. This Inquisition shall not fail, not as others have; who have taken it upon themselves to don the cowl for greed and avarice.
