Ticker Square Church - Missing Transitions

The Church was recently upgraded to T3 and looks pretty fancy now. Sadly, the upgrade brought with it quite a few bugs.

1) The backroom now no longer has a transition leading in or out. This traps anyone unfortunate enough to have their spawn point set in the Church.

2) The NPC has Jem Scraw's dialogue.

3) The new door just next to the NPC can be unlocked, but doesn't seem to lead anywhere.

The NPC is also a human... if he could be changed to an elf, this would be optimal.

Fixed transition issues. Deacon NPC is a half-elf... ;)
