For some reason at random, he will leave the Spinning Groat Casino, cross the King's Commons and approach the ring 100 door. If given the chance, he will enter ring 100 and walk to the huts next to the burning building, where he will squat in the corner and idle.

Also, Howard Fitzgerald is leaving his spot at ring 101 and walking out to the corner, near the ring door.
