[Unrelated to EFU] Techy Needed

This is completely unrelated to EFU, but I (sometime ago) agreed to help out a relative set up a website for a new restaurant they're working on making. After fumbling and fiddling with Squarespace, I've been left slightly frustrated. What I'd really like is someone more technically-apt than I am to help out to really delve into it and help me out, and I figured it'd be worth checking with you guys first.
