What do you think of Golarion?

Wanted to get an idea of what the EFU community thinks of the Pathfinder setting; the more I read about it the more I am certain that it is better than the FR. What do other people think?

I've played a few pathfinder games, and some of them have been set in Golarion. In my honest opinion, it is really dull and uninteresting, with a bunch of factions and unnecessary ideas thrown all together to try and make a world. It's playable, but to me it is not the regular DnD that I know and love.

I know absolutly nothing about it except that it has sentient golems as a player race which is simultaneously awesome and twinkish
