Class: Any. Although necromancers and other vile hins may have a hard time joining.
Alignment: It is important to have the desire to protect other halflings, whether you are good or evil, lawful or chaotic.
(Mind that evil characters shall have hard time becoming champions themselves.)

Bug Reports / Small Rod of the Golden Catch not working as a fishing rod.

This item (Small Rod of the Golden Catch) has both unique power properties as a normal rod, but they are not working to set bait and fish.
