Let property owners set heirs/co-owners

Since there's a few interesting player factions centered around properties, it'd be neat if the owner of a building could designate other owners/heirs for the building to allow for continuity of the concept after their death.

I'd also like this. There's some anxiety over what will happen to my now-dead character's property once the rent runs out, the ability to have set the person who paid half of the expenses to inherit it would be nice!

I disagree. I'd rather totally avoid the constant passing down of properties that prevents them from opening up to new people. Notably since it will assuredly become a semi-ooc thing between friends or whatever in some cases.
