While technically a very cool and thematic thing, currently neither ladder out in the new version of ghouls works.

The entrance ladder and the secondary exit in the main chamber both do not seem to be working unfortunately.
Not quite impossible as I found out. But you need to move directly under the ladders in order for them to work. Might need some tweaking if possible.
