My biggest suggestion is to be willing to adapt. If you have a character whose background suggests path A, but it's boring now (too little conflict, too little relevance, no traction with other players) etc, then embrace the lack. Change. If a man who believes in slavery ends up stranded forever around people that kill slavers on sight, it might be time to reform! It might be time to think of /why/ you had slaves before, and how you can get a similar but less... deadly version active at present. "Cheap Labor" "Entertainment" "Servitude" "Power" whatever, keep the core of the character and have them adapt to their new environment until it gains relevancy.

The world is what it is. If a concept doesnt work, keep it around and let the character's story grow in a different direction. Note: I am not suggesting that a CE person will suddenly become Lawful dutiful guard. But they might end up becoming more loyal overtime to someone that is similar etc. Nothing is written in stone except what's already happened.

I have somewhat attempted this a few times, but what I have always longed to do was end up some super villain's secret number 2, that just makes shit happen. Whether that be someone that actively engaged in muscle or subterfuge or probably both. When other people actively seem to require my character in the picture is when I have the most fun.

As for more specific narrative concepts, I want to play a faction/gang member in some primary hub of a city that is leading a war effort against another part. Chaos, blood in the streets, shit on fire, etc. Truely a post-apoc might makes right battle that loses some of the civility from civilization. Haven't really seen the chance since mistlocke, I wish I had done this in mistlocke >_> (not lower vs upper, but like upper vs upper)

They're pretty good as is, rogue tumble will make you immune to aoo's fast enough, its only dc 15. movement speed is under rooftop and athletic, both you can take if you want that.

I think this perk is fine really. It draws those who want a massive heal cause thats more more hp every time.

If you have to actually kill him with a dagger. It essentially means that no one is ever /helpless/.

Dont know if its changed over the past months, but a 1% seems dubious to me, having personally spent the better part of an hour trying to see it through every time. It might have something to do with the assaults meanwhile, but even so. I'll take your word for it.

What is the scale of this project?

Are you looking at putting in 100 hours of gaming on video? 1,000? Even if you took a vet through half the top-rated games of video gaming history, you'll have an astronomical project.

Perhaps you should clarify what your specific aim is. That being, the final GOAL boiled down to a single question to answer that you're looking to access. A thesis. This will drastically improve our ability to fill those hours with the best of the best gaming.

I loved Aracknar. My leave was ill-timed with your return. And you die just before I get back. *shakes fist* :) Best pirate dwarf ever.

We've felt your lack Vandal. I have too, and I've only been in gme for three hours in the past week. Which is why Im making this post. I have another project underway currently that has captured my attention. It means I'm already spending 6-8 hours everyday online working on the coding. Getting on efu afterwards is a bit too much computer for me. So my playtime will be sketchy over the next week or so--but I'll get back into the mix soon.

Rock on efu!
