I don't think this is radius dependant, the aoe damage really doesn't go off if it kills a single target, here's a video as an example.

Bug Reports / Death Domain Turn Undead "Onset of Decay"
October 29, 2021, 11:50:05 AM
Onset of Decay, which deals AOE negative energy damage will only harm a single target if it does a killing blow. (So if I am surrounded by 6 low health wolves, only one that would die would be harmed, maybe two, this behaviour is quite erratic but can very easily be replicated since it happens extremely often)
It deals damage to undead targets while giving off a healing vfx. (so, instead of healing friendly or hostile undead such as Ghouls or Skeletons, I would deal damage instead)

Ordyn felt like a genuine Guildmaster of the Square. A constant and reliable presence in that made you feel at any given time that you were missing out on something if he wasn't to be found or involved in your story in some way, shape or form.

Being around with him was a blast (in metaphorical and literal meaning in the form of scintillating spheres) . Thank you for showing up in this chapter and goodbye, until the next time.

Screen Shots & Obituaries / Re: The Domina Lucretia

RIP Domina, she strung along my fighting man like he was a total loser without him even realizing it. I had some really fun times when we ringran and it was completely worth it to bring you along, one of best decisions that group could've made.

Despite me spamming F12 as often as I could, apparently I am trash at making screenshots so you'll have to make do with what I have on my hands.

[hide=His Story]
Jacob Lance Black originated from Scraggleways, but after an alley slime too many crawling from underneath the doors, arbiters leaving their plaza which allowed planar mess to wreck the place up and the shifting alleyways he joined King's Militia because literally anything is better than being a nobody. He decided to make a pseudonym to take money with less repercussions if he ever retired.

He was designed to be a overly zealous petty villain whose stupid schemes bring headache to everyone around him, and more often than not harm his goal of becoming lazy and rich with no responsibilities. But no character comes out unscathed after first contact with the players and he found himself as someone who planted the seeds of Blackjacks vs Elves conflict of no volition of his own, and during it he learned many, many dark things about the Ward.

Over time, the pressure on him got higher and higher and he decided to turn his life around and fight back so he joined House Orza and became a faithful of the Burning Lord in a very painful induction ceremony. Then died like a hour afterwards.

Excluding that, he became ridiculously strong and fought and saw things people couldn't possibly imagine, let alone witness. Almost every single mission he was on was always a Pyrrhic victory, rendered meaningless just before triumph.

His day 1 was ridiculous, as soon as he joined blackjacks there was a peasant who spat on the name of House Velstra, so he took the matter into his own hands, and a massive brawl broke out.

Then he went on a mission that was unlike anything I've seen before, and was a gauntlet the entire time, fun one at that.

Shortly after that, he was gaining momentum as Blackjack Jack, Lieutenant and Major Force, and got berated by the Captain for it and got a new name.

We were always making harebrained scams and schemes to get some gold, such as better beds fund, meet your heroes initiative (by force) and more.

Epic Peerage mission that didn't go wrong in any way whatsoever.

Council and post-council shenanigans

Blackjacks were testing out the potential of their new sorcerer with the Nephezarim, and it was found out that Sammy had potential. We celebrated it by making a pink outfit for the first unlucky person that got into our way.

Jack also duelled a sahuagin prince, then escaped

then the next day on their raid, they met a counter-raid and barely easily slaughtered their way out.

After those events, my playtime became less frequent and more sporadic, mostly because I got a job but Jack always had a fight in him, and he wouldn't let himself rot away in the Burghage just yet. Then... the reverse angel invasion started and he along with Crale fought valiantly and slayed the archons of transgressions, after which they invaded the golden city itself, or at least tried to.

Finally, as the tensions and anti-blackjack sentiment rose, Pete and Jack decided to take a life of responsibility and "restore honor" by joining the House Orza and taking up the faith of the Burning Lord in one of most high-profile ceremony for a new retainer I've seen. Then they disappeared not a moment after, never to be seen again?

Lots of unmentioned things happened, too many to count of which vast majority are spoilers, so FOIG that. It was a really fun and eventful run, I am glad for advice and support I've received and for the meaningful conflict and character development I had with select few people. Kudos, you know who you are.

And so ends the obituary of my most untypical character, see you on the next one.
