Couldn't interact with the pillars, came and went several times but nothing changed

A relog doesn't fix it either and the reset switch can't be interacted with either.

The puzzle was accessed outside the gate to ring 98 from ring 99. Don't have a record of the actual area name of the puzzle unfortunately.

Royal Logic Puzzle (with disks and pillars) seems working again and it looks ok but door which leads to treasure not working.

I took this quest today (2019-01-22) and was unable to activate nor interact with the pillars.  I couldn't pull the lever.  The door was already open, and I was able to enter the final room without interacting with anything.

I had a similar experience last night as well.
