While the flavor of this perk is great, the bear form is bad mechanically. I would caution anyone putting their charisma beyond 12 if you're taking this perk.

Your character stats remains the same in bear form, with the addition rage bonus, but bear form has no armor, and the creature weapon are considerably inferior to the weapons you had on hand. They're like 1d8, 1d8, and 1d10. And they're single-handed thus negating the 1.5 strength bonus of using two-handed weapons, and without the benefit of a shield's AC.

Most barbarian rage is a mean of going offensive or defensive, this bear rage should be more offensively inclined. Not sure how hard it is to make it but some change to the damage of the creature weapon would be nice. 2d6 or 2d8 on claws and bite attacks, and give the bear form some natural AC or DR to compensate the lack of armor/equipment.

I'd like to point out there are more than one way to bypass security. No matter how air tight and fool proof a mechanism seems, it is operated by human, and human can be fooled, and even manipulated to work to your advantage.

If you think gates will close, then bribe a guard to keep it from closing. Or invest some time to have a fellow conspirator be in the WaW and have them keep the gate open for your escape. this solution involves: planning, creativity, limited DM involvement and could entangle other players into the plots, FUN!

OR

If you want a secret tunnel, dig one yourself. technically you could tunnel from lower to upper, umber hulks have done it before (oh hey, there's a few of them in the Housing Vault) . Sure there's DM involvement in this, probably need and app of some sort, but it gets players involve too, and time.

I feel that there are IC solution in game that a player can push that would fire off more productive interactions than a PVP fest.

I would think the state of heighten security would make perfect sense for a city that experiences some sort of attack from outsiders at least once or twice a month.

So what if it is now harder to attack some one in Upper while they're in Upper? It just means you gotta be more creative in trying to kill them than buff yourselves up into Super Saiyans and kill them from invisibility. Or wear a suicide vest and blow yourselves. You might need multiple suicide vests I guess, one to blow up the gate another to blow up your target. Woah! inclusion of players!? Isn't that what EFU about?

I've seen situation like this, but in other quest. The one time I encountered it was in the brewery quest. The basement hobgoblin kept spawning more and more. It might be the spawning script kept being triggered. I dont know for sure.

it makes sense though. A rope could only take so much weight before it snaps.

Yeah, it's jsut a matter of getting a PC who keeps track of these things and hands them out. It's not super exciting plot stuff, but it's one of those "nice to have"

I found away around this problem. you have to click to move while standing at the gate and zoom your camera in so you can see the far side of the map and click to move as far as you can. If you click far enough you can watch your character walk across the troublesome walk mesh no problem.

Well, not much to say. I didn't have to dig too deep for this one.

About a year and half ago a friend of mine linked me the potion seller video

And that was the inspiration for Mathew Ruffleton.

I just make a waukneenar bard who came out of Westgate (city on the Dragon Coast, west side of Sea of Fallen Star)

The character was adapted from another PW I previously played on. And I'm glad to say I have a lot of fun playing an unattached unaffiliated character. I didn't have to go and find plots, they just find me, because every single plotting schemer needs POTIONS.

Anyway, here's some screen shots.

BOM event that include some of  the server's scummiest characters. Yours truely included.

A prank on Sergeant Oddlestad

This is my best screen shot. The end of the Crystal War.

Adding a few spaces before and after your names would definitely differentiate you in the system. I think.

You can already purchase placable wooden signs that can be place any where, and they'll last for as long as the server stays up, or until some one bash them down. There are also scribe notes that can be purchase from NPC scribes.

There's plenty of chain shirts with -20% arcane spell failures though. Certain songs also benefits from bards being lvl 10.

If troubadour (bard class perk)  tips could be tapped while being in the red lantern, that'd be awesome.

First time logging in seems to land you into a default Player1 account. Second time logging in with wrong password lands you into your account, Alfa Kilo. Passwords doesnt matter much any more since there's no verification servers.
