As we had taken to discussing so much legal revision tonight, as I prepared for my evening prayers I was left with a passing thought.

What if we were to codify the mercenary practices, as a means to incentivize more seeking the Voiced status?

Per their status, donation, and dedication to Ephia's Well the Voiced are hereby granted TWO rolls in disputes over Boardwork spoils. Minor.
