Would like to suggest that cigarettes be given a couple of qol updates:
- Increase rounds for wielding from 50 to 100 or 150. Even playing a chain-smoker it looks a bit silly going through multiple in short conversations lol
- Reduce/eliminate public chat messages when you actually use the cigarette item. Doesn't seem like a vice that needs public attention like some of the other wild drugs and you get 5 uses per cig.
