Looking for two more for Amnian family concept that will reside in old port. We will be from rich family who lost their weath and was forced to flee to Old Port. At level four punisher rage is suppose to be up to +6/+6 str and con with charisma modifier. However when I rage with 14 charisma I only get the standard +4/+4.

Perk does not give the heavy armor proficiency feat.

So OOC events are forcing me to be gone for seven months, I have gotten permission to continue playing when I return however. In light of that I will not reveal all my current plots and goals, I will however post screenshots as soon as I can figure out image shack.
