Morghoul quests in the mongrelwoods still mention 3 to 7, not sure if it's bumped to also include 8 now but the text hasn't been updated at least

-Mongrelwoods quests are now explorables to match how most level 8+ content is randomized. The cap on Tenements of the Flesheaters will be increased from 3-7 to 3-9 to compensate.
Bad time for it to happen but we are having some problems with using EFUSL to permanently adjust quest limits. Once its online this will be changed.
