I think I added a new theme specific to silverfin but I'm not sure if I did it properly.

Was this recently Howland? As of two days ago, silverfin does not unlock any theme strangely. Only certain merchant bought fish items can unlock the fish theme afaik.

Getting your hand on base ingredients to unlock themes in cooking is a lot harder than herbalism/alchemy for some reason.
